Context

This crucial FGD brought together diverse stakeholders – government agencies (MMAF, Provincial/Local Gov), NGOs (Konservasi Indonesia, CTC, Ocean Gardener, etc.), research institutions, private sector operators, and international partners (ADB, Swiss Re) – to discuss preliminary recommendations for managing and restoring Nusa Penida’s vital coral reefs, including innovative risk financing solutions like coral reef insurance.
